These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between A.N. Farm Assortment
Private Limited (“ANFA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any natural or
legal person who accesses and/or uses the FIF Platform (“you”, “User”,
“Customer”). ANFA has obtained a license from BCFD Technologies Private Limited to operate the brand
“FIF”, the website https://justfif.com, and the mobile
application “FIF” (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the FIF Platform in any manner, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, the
Privacy Policy, the Delivery Policy, the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, and any other supplemental
policies published on the Platform (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please
refrain from using the Platform.
PART A – TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USAGE OF FIF PLATFORM
1. General
The FIF Platform provides a digital forum to enable you to discover, select, and purchase fresh grocery
products (including fruits, vegetables, and dairy) listed on the Platform at indicated prices, deliverable to
serviceable locations.
We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting on the Platform. Continued use
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner constitutes your agreement to these Terms, the
Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies.
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed
thereunder.
You are authorised to view and access the Platform solely for identifying Products, purchasing Products, and
processing returns and refunds.
By accepting these Terms, you affirm that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and fully competent to
enter into this Agreement. If you are a minor, you must use the Platform only under the supervision of a
parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
2. Registration & Account
To purchase Products on the FIF Platform, you must register using a mobile number, verified via OTP.
Registration is a one-time process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You shall not share
your account credentials with any third party.
You must: (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach at
care@justfif.com; and (b) log out of your account after each session.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse access, restrict orders, deactivate, or suspend any
account, with or without notice, including on grounds of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these
Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure is subject to
settlement of any outstanding dues.
3. Communications & Unsubscription
By accepting these Terms, you consent to receiving order-related communications, news, updates, promotional
messages, and offers via the FIF Platform, push notifications, SMS, email, IVR calls, or other electronic
means on your registered mobile number/email.
Your personal data may be shared with our affiliates, subsidiaries, logistics partners, and third-party
service providers located within India, solely to the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes described in
this Privacy Policy. Where any such sharing involves transfer of personal data to entities outside India,
such transfers shall be made only in compliance with applicable data protection laws in India. By accepting
these Terms, you provide your informed consent to such transfers.
You may opt out of marketing/promotional communications at any time by clicking the
“unsubscribe” link in any communication or by contacting
care@justfif.com. Note: Opting out does not affect transactional
communications related to your orders.
4. Platform Availability
FIF operates within India. We make no representation that Platform content will be available for use outside
India.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice
and without liability to you.
Platform availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our
control. We shall endeavour to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
During periods of unusually high demand, ANFA reserves the right to temporarily suspend certain services,
restrict order quantities, or prioritise delivery based on operational capacity.
5. Third-Party Interactions
In using the Platform, you may engage with advertisers, sponsors, or other third-party service providers.
Any such correspondence, advertisement, purchase, or promotion is solely between you and the applicable third
party.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites or services
linked from the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property & User Content
All trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and products denoted with ® or TM are registered
trademarks or trademarks of ANFA or its affiliates. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
All content on the Platform including text, graphics, interfaces, photographs, and software is the exclusive
property of ANFA or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for
personal, non-commercial use only. You shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any Platform
content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
You grant ANFA a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce,
publish, distribute, and create derivative works from any content you post on the Platform
(“User Content”).
You represent that you own or have necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that such content
does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. User Warranties & Restrictions
You represent and warrant that: (a) your use of the Platform will not violate any applicable law or
regulation; (b) all information submitted by you is true, accurate, current, and lawful; (c) you will use
the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to use the Platform to purchase Products for resale or commercial distribution.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not, directly or indirectly:
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers, or any connected networks.
Use any automated software, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from the Platform.
Post or transmit any material that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or constitutes an
inauthentic review or deceptive advertisement.
Attempt to modify, hack, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying
software.
Exploit any bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Platform for any unauthorised purpose.
Post content that threatens the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of India, or incites commission of
any offence.
Engage in any fraudulent activity, including generating false returns or abusing refund policies.
ANFA employs automated fraud detection systems, behavioural analytics, transaction monitoring, and device
fingerprinting technologies to identify suspicious activity. ANFA reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or
permanently block accounts exhibiting abnormal ordering patterns, excessive refund claims, coordinated abuse,
or any activity deemed high-risk or fraudulent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE FIF PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “WHERE-IS” BASIS,
WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful
components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the
Platform.
Product descriptions, images, and availability information are provided for reference only. Actual products
may vary slightly from their depiction on the Platform.
10. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ANFA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees,
agents, licensors, and representatives from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses,
costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Platform; (b) your
violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANFA’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE
SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
ANFA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising
out of or related to your use of the Platform or services.
11. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, your right to
use the Platform ceases immediately.
ANFA may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice for: (a) breach of these Terms;
(b) suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity; (c) non-payment of dues; or (d) any other reason at
ANFA’s sole discretion.
Upon termination, any wallet balance (excluding cashback and promotional credits) will be refunded as per the
E-Wallet Terms below.
12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within
30 (thirty) days of written notice. Failing such resolution, the dispute shall be referred to and finally
resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The dispute shall be referred to arbitration conducted by a sole arbitrator jointly appointed by both Parties
within 15 (fifteen) days of the dispute being referred to arbitration. Failing joint appointment, the
arbitrator shall be appointed by the competent court under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation
Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be
Gurugram, Haryana. Each Party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
Subject to the arbitration clause, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at
Gurgaon, India.
PART B – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE ON FIF PLATFORM
13. Contract of Sale
The listing and display of a Product on the FIF Platform constitutes our invitation to you to make an offer
to purchase. Adding a Product to your cart is your offer; your contract with ANFA is formed when we confirm
your order.
By placing an order, you confirm that the Products are purchased for your personal, internal use and not for
resale or commercial purposes.
All order-related communications will be sent via push notification, SMS, email, IVR, or manual call, as
applicable.
14. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated
otherwise.
The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price charged at delivery.
Prices of Products may vary based on procurement cost, demand, availability, or logistical factors. The
final price payable shall be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation. In case of obvious
pricing errors, ANFA reserves the right to cancel such orders and issue a full refund.
If a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, system malfunction, or supplier
pricing update, ANFA shall not be obligated to sell the Product at the incorrect price. ANFA reserves the
right to cancel such orders prior to delivery and refund the full amount paid.
Accepted payment methods include: FIF Wallet, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and other
RBI-approved payment methods displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select
locations.
Refunds: (a) Online Payments (Card / UPI / Net Banking / FIF Wallet) — Approved refunds are credited
to your FIF Wallet by default during an active account. (b) COD Orders — Refunds are issued
exclusively as FIF Wallet credits; no cash or bank transfer is made. (c) Account Closure — Upon
closure of your FIF Account, any pending refund or positive Wallet balance (excluding Cashback/promotional
credits) will be returned to the original Mode of Payment. Where the original mode is unavailable or
expired, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) upon submission of valid bank details to
care@justfif.com. Refer to Section 17.3 for full Refund Terms.
Promo codes and vouchers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of issuance.
Offers cannot be clubbed unless explicitly stated.
ANFA reserves the right to cancel any order where fraudulent payment activity is suspected.
15. Product Availability & True Weight Policy
Products are listed with availability information and are available in pre-defined, limited quantities. Once
the day’s stock is exhausted, it is not replenished until the next procurement cycle. Our
freshness-first model ensures all produce dispatched on a given day is procured fresh on that same day.
True Weight Policy: For fresh fruits and vegetables, the price displayed on the Platform may be indicative
and based on standard unit pricing. The final price charged will be based on the actual weight or quantity
of the produce delivered to you. Any difference will be adjusted at the time of billing or delivery.
Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Natural variations in colour, size, and
appearance of fresh produce are expected and do not constitute defects.
ANFA reserves the right to limit the quantity of Products purchased per Customer, per order, or per
household. Orders appearing to be placed for resale or commercial distribution may be cancelled at
ANFA’s sole discretion.
16. Cancellation Policy
Reservation Window: When you select a Product on the FIF App, it is reserved for you — not
permanently added to a cart. Your reservation is held for 10 (ten) minutes of inactivity. If you do not
complete your purchase within this window, the reservation expires, your cart resets, and the reserved stock
is released.
Once the order status changes to “Packed,” “Out for Delivery,” or equivalent,
cancellation shall not be permitted due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of Products.
ANFA reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including on grounds of unavailability,
suspected fraud, pricing errors, or logistical constraints. In such cases, a full refund will be processed
to your FIF Wallet or original payment source within 2 (Two) business days.
17. Return & Refund Policy
17.1 Terms of Return
You may initiate a return/complaint request via the self-help tool on the FIF App or by contacting FIF
Customer Support on the same day of receiving (or anticipated receiving) your order, up to 11:59 PM on that
day.
Return is eligible only in the following cases (“Non-Compliant Product”): (i) the Product is
damaged, defective, spoiled, or expired at the time of delivery; (ii) the Product delivered is materially
different from what was ordered; (iii) essential components are missing; or (iv) there is verifiable quality
degradation supported by photographic evidence submitted on the same day of delivery.
Returns shall not be accepted on grounds of personal taste preference, change of mind, ordering error, or
subjective dissatisfaction.
For approved returns, FIF will assign a designated pickup personnel who will collect the Product directly
from your delivery address. You will be notified of the scheduled pickup time. Please ensure the Product is
available, unused, and in its original condition at the time of pickup.

Non-returnable. Complaint eligible on same day of delivery for: rotten, unripened, bad taste, bad
quality, damaged packaging, or wrong product delivered.
Beverages (Tender Coconut)
Non-returnable. Complaint eligible on same day of delivery for: leaking, bad taste, bad quality, or
wrong product.
General Grocery / Packaged Food
Eligible for return/complaint on the same day of delivery up to 11:59 PM if damaged, expired,
defective, missing items, or wrong product delivered.
17.3 Terms of Refund
Refund – Online Payments (Card / Net Banking / UPI / FIF Wallet): On approval of a valid
return/complaint, the refund amount will be credited to your FIF Wallet within 2 (two) business days of
ANFA verifying the defect or non-compliance. No direct cash refunds are issued.
Refund on Account Closure: If your FIF Account is closed (voluntarily or due to breach) and you have a
pending refund or a positive FIF Wallet balance (excluding Cashback and promotional credits), the amount
will be refunded to the original source of payment. Where the original source cannot be identified or is no
longer valid, you must provide valid bank account details (Account Number, IFSC, Account Holder Name) to
care@justfif.com. Refunds in such cases will be processed via
NEFT/IMPS within 15 (fifteen) business days of successful verification of your bank details.
Refund – Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders placed and paid via COD, approved refunds will be
issued exclusively as FIF Wallet credits. No cash or bank transfer refunds will be made for COD orders. FIF
Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on the FIF Platform.
ANFA reserves the right to block your account immediately if a return/refund request is found to be
fraudulent or in abuse of the policy.
ANFA may, at its discretion, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts of Customers found to be misusing the
return/refund policy, making excessive claims, or gaming the system.
18. Delivery & Shipping Policy
FIF provides delivery of Products across cities in India where it operates. Once an order is placed and
confirmed, it is delivered on the same day within 15–60 minutes, subject to availability and
location.
Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of
delivery within a specific time. Delivery may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, demand surge, or
other operational constraints. Delay in delivery shall not entitle the Customer to compensation unless
expressly agreed in writing.
Delivery timings may vary by city and locality. Please check the app for applicable delivery windows in your
area.
Certain Products (including dairy and perishables) require immediate refrigeration. ANFA shall not be liable
for quality degradation resulting from delayed refrigeration or improper storage after delivery.
Deliveries may be completed without physical signature. Proof of delivery via OTP confirmation, geo-tagged
confirmation, or photographic evidence shall constitute valid delivery.
To effectuate timely delivery, we may collect specific information including your name, delivery address,
billing address, landmarks, and contact details.
Delivery may be delayed due to: (i) logistical issues beyond our control; (ii) adverse weather conditions;
(iii) political disruptions or strikes; (iv) Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, etc.); (v) other
unforeseeable circumstances. ANFA shall not be liable for delays caused by such events.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, incomplete information, or Customer unavailability
at the delivery location, ANFA may: (a) attempt re-delivery subject to additional delivery charges; or (b)
cancel the order and refund the order value after deducting reasonable delivery, handling, and processing
charges.
ANFA endeavours to engage logistics partners and delivery personnel of high professional and ethical
standards.
19. FSSAI & Food Safety Compliance
ANFA is committed to food safety and complies with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI) and
applicable regulations. All Products listed on the Platform are sourced from licensed vendors and
suppliers.
If you receive a Product that appears to violate food safety standards (expired, contaminated, or
adulterated), please report it immediately to care@justfif.com. We
shall take appropriate action, including initiating a return/refund and reporting to relevant authorities if
required.
ANFA shall not be liable for any health issues arising from the misuse, improper storage, or consumption
beyond the expiry date of Products after delivery.
20. Limitation of Liability (Sales)
In no event shall ANFA’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific order exceed the
total amount paid by you for that order.
ANFA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the
purchase, delivery, or use of Products.
E-WALLET – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Definitions
“FIF Wallet” (also “Main Wallet”) means the prepaid digital wallet issued by ANFA
under the FIF Platform, usable exclusively for payments on the FIF App.
“Cashback” means promotional credits issued at ANFA’s discretion, which are not
redeemable as cash and are excluded from wallet balance refunds.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the FIF Wallet, you must have attained the age of majority under Indian law (18 years) and be
competent to enter into a contract.
Loading & Usage
The FIF Wallet can be loaded using: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or other RBI-approved
instruments.
The FIF Wallet can only be used for purchases on the FIF Platform. It is not transferable, redeemable for
cash, or usable on any other platform.
Amounts loaded into the FIF Wallet (“User Funds”) shall remain valid for 280 (two hundred and
eighty) days from the date of last transaction activity. ANFA may provide prior notice before expiry. Wallet
validity may be extended upon subsequent transaction activity on the Platform.
In the event of continued inactivity beyond the stated period, ANFA reserves the right to suspend the
Wallet balance. Users may contact customer support within a reasonable time to request reactivation or
refund of eligible User Funds, subject to verification.
Promotional credits, cashback, or bonus amounts may carry a separate validity period and shall lapse upon
expiry.

ANFA reserves the right to block your FIF Wallet if ANFA has reasonable grounds to believe you have engaged in
fraudulent, unauthorised, or abusive activity, or have violated these Terms.
Account Closure & Refund of Wallet Balance
If ANFA blocks your account due to a breach of these Terms, your FIF Wallet balance (excluding Cashback and
fraudulent credits) will be refunded to the source account within 15 (fifteen) days of a successful request
raised with customer care.
If you voluntarily wish to close your account, the FIF Wallet balance (excluding Cashback) will be refunded
to the source account within 15 (fifteen) days of raising a request via customer care.
MEMBERSHIP / SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
FIF may, from time to time, offer paid or free membership/subscription plans (“FIF Membership”) that
provide access to benefits such as free or discounted delivery, exclusive offers, and priority support.
Membership eligibility is limited to registered users aged 18 years and above with a valid address in India.
Resellers, commercial entities, and groups may not participate.
Membership benefits, pricing, and duration are as specified at the time of subscription. ANFA reserves the
right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Membership plan at any time with reasonable notice to existing
members.
Membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated at the time of subscription or as required by
applicable law.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and are personal to the registered account holder.
ANFA may terminate a Membership with immediate effect, without refund, if the member is found to be abusing
the membership benefits or violating these Terms.
PRIVACY POLICY
1. General
This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms, governs your use of the FIF Platform and describes our policies and
procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, processing, transfer, and storage of your personal information.
ANFA is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws in India.

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide services, comply
with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account
and personal data subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
5. Data Security
ANFA implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including firewalls, transport layer
security (TLS), and access controls, to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure,
alteration, or destruction. In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify
you as required by applicable law.
6. Opt-Out & Data Rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any
email or by contacting care@justfif.com.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights,
contact: care@justfif.com.
Requests will be processed within a reasonable time subject to applicable law.
MISCELLANEOUS
Waiver
No provision of these Terms shall be deemed waived and no breach excused, unless such waiver or consent is in
writing and signed by ANFA.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable under applicable
law, that provision shall be excluded and the remainder shall be interpreted so as to give maximum effect to the
parties’ original intent.
Amendment
These Terms are subject to amendments and modifications and may be updated from time to time without advance
notice. The most current version will always be available on the Platform. Continued use after any amendment
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Force Majeure
ANFA shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or
failure arises from any cause beyond ANFA’s reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters,
war, civil unrest, pandemic, government action, or failure of third-party infrastructure.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, and Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy,
constitute the entire agreement between you and ANFA with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all
prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
